Designed around a fully charged Alnico 5 magnet, the Claymore bridge humbucker can cover a lot of ground. At 17.3k the Claymore is the perfect balance between crushing and classic tones. It can deliver mosh-pit worthy chugs and leads with just the right amount of scream. Thanks to a special design feature, the Claymore has a powerful yet tight low end and features a presence not typically found in other passive, high output pickups. The Claymore has a midrange that will drive the front end of your amplifier into sonic glory and let you stand out in a mix. We will let you decide whether its name is derived from a sword or a mine, but you may face a dilemma with its both cutting and explosive nature!
This one has black bobbins and poles, and is trem spaced with engraved Arcana glyph.
